The Brighton & Hove Albion Fan Advisory Board (FAB) was formed in the summer of 2022 and is currently made up of five Albion fans elected by the Albion fanbase.

The FAB meet with the club regularly throughout the year, and aim to work with the club to best represent fans’ views. Minutes from those meetings can be read on the club website.

FAB members meet on a weekly basis, assigning tasks and keeping a log of activity undertaken.

We are currently actively participating with the club on several working groups including:

•  Matchday atmosphere
•  Equality, Diversity and Inclusion  
• Women’s Football 
• Ticketing
•  Catering
• Wayfinding
• Travel Scheme Review
