Who are the
FAB..?
Fan Advisory Boards (FABs) are formal bodies established by Premier League clubs to improve fan engagement and consultation. The Brighton and Hove Albion FAB provides a structured dialogue between supporters and club staff, ensuring fans have a voice in key decisions.
The FAB brings together 12 elected members from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club (BHAFC). As dedicated supporters, we represent the interests of the entire fan base and aim to enhance the matchday experience at men’s and women’s games.
We welcome input from all supporters.

A. The FAB group meets every two weeks, whilst the FAB chair and vice-chair meet directly with club representatives regularly to provide feedback from FAB meetings.
There are three formal in-person meetings with the FAB and club per season, hosted at the American Express stadium. Towards the end of each season, the FAB chair presents a summary of FAB projects to the board of the club.
