Entries closed for candidates wishing to join the FAB for next season on April 1^st

It was a terrific response, with 130 fans putting their names forward.

We thought that fans might be interested to know the make up of the age range and sex of the candidates.

Of the 130 candidates, 87% were male, 12% female, 1 preferred not to say.

And whilst we and the club did all we could to encourage younger people to apply only 12% were under the age of 24, 38% were aged 25-55 and exactly 50% were over the age of 55

The shortlisting was done by hiding the names, ages and sex of the candidates, then each FAB member scoring the applications on a scale of 1-10. The average was calculated and the Top 29 applications, scoring an average of 7.5 or higher, were forwarded back to the club.

Of those making it to the shortlist, 76% are male. 14% are under the age of 24 and 55% are over the age of 55

Shortlisted candidates will be notified by the club in the next few days and then the voting page will appear on the club website.
